Keep in mind that I'm not shitting on people who are excited for the console version and PC version of 7 days to die being released on Game Pass, if they are excited, that's totally fine. Every post on Twitter, Steam or whatever with this game that called out their actions with consoles were just met with people saying 'Just play on PC, it's not their fault idiot', or they were acting superior to the console players because PC players actually had a superior product. Of course, I know it's not 100% fun pimps fault, it was majorly telltale's, but the fact they barely talked about consoles and focused on PC, and then there was a incident where one of their forum moderators shut down conversations relating to console issues, that's what made the wild fire turn into a napalm inferno. I really enjoyed the game, but ever since Telltale crumbled, Xbox still had the Trader update, that was the most recent update, they didn't even get a bug fix. Honestly, I hate the fact 7 days to die is coming to Game Pass, considering I played it on both the PC AND the console, the console one was first. Regardless, I own it on PC but haven’t bought a second copy for my wife to try it out with me, so this will be a great way for her to try it out and play with me to decide if I need to buy a second copy. Microsoft clearly would allow the Alpha game-there just might be complications with the existing one is. The game could also very quickly be built for Xbox as well to be standalone there.Ī side note: Craftopia is in Alpha and is on game pass receiving literally multiple updates per month on average. Xbox, behind the scenes, is basically running Windows.

They’d have to update the old version basically. Not to mention, it would not be able to play with coco sole users due to the old version’s networking capabilities. This would be wildly unappealing to offer the console version to PC players. Two reasons I think this (NOTE I COULD BE WRONG): I think Xbox users will get to actually play the PC version ya’ll.
